Supposedly, 5000 US dollars will turn into 15M overnight based on speculation that he’s heard. I think this sounds like a total myth but could there be any truth to this or not? Any information on this subject would be greatly appreciated.

I got a great deal on circulated Iraq Dinar notes. I know they were used but does it really matter if I’m investing, if they are circulated or not. I know in the US you can have a bill that is in bad shape and still be worth the same amount. But what about there?
